Process Steps

Step 1

 The trader collects application form along with supporting documents.

Step 2

 The trader proceeds to pay the application fee and submits application form with supporting documents to the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development.

Step 3

 Submitted documents are reviewed and a permit is issued if the application gets approved otherwise, the applicant is notified if the application is disapproved.
Step 4 Trader proceeds to collect permit.
