Process Steps

Step 1

 The trader must declare quantities for export at ZRA and submit the valuation certificate. The trader then collects an application form.

Step 2

The trader pays the application fee, completes and submits the application form along with the supporting documents.

Step 3

 Submitted documents are reviewed by the Department of National Parks and Widlife
Step 4

The trader is then instructed to pay the processing fees if application is approved.

Step 5 The trader then pays the permit processing fees and is issued with a receipt, which is submitted to the Authorising Officer.
Step 6 The Authorising Officer verifies the payment and issues the permit.
Step 7 The trader proceeds to collect the permit
