The service available under the Zambia Development Agency's e-Services platform is the submission of applications for Certificate of Registration for Investors and for Small and Medium Enterprises. Joint Venture applications, Enterprise Monitoring Forms and Exporter Audit Forms can be submitted through this platform. The applicants now have an option of filling in the forms online and submitting to the Agency using the e-Services platform.

The e-Services portal is a one-stop-shop for all visas and permit services. The portal is designed to enhance the customer experience by eliminating the manual paper-based processes which were both time consuming and not user-friendly. The portal allows applicants to complete applications, pay online, as well as receive feedback on the outcome of the application. The eServices portal also tries as much as possible to guide the applicant through the various application processes by providing application guidelines and comprehensive answers to the frequently asked questions. Where the applicant needs further assistance, the applicant can contact us through the portal and our highly trained staff will be on hand to assist you. It is also important to note that although the eServices portal does provide some general information about the Department of Immigration, it is not primarily designed as an informational website.
